LJP (Ram Vilas) Announces District Committee in Murshidabad; State and District Leaders Present
Murshidabad :-The district committee of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), also known as LJP (Ram Vilas), was formally announced in Murshidabad district. The programme was held in the presence of party leaders and workers, during which organizational matters and future plans were discussed.
The programme was attended by Rafique Ali Sheikh, State President of the Janshakti Morcha Party, as the chief guest. Other dignitaries present included Tuhin Sarkar, State President of the Minority Morcha; Mohammad Selim, Vice President; Jalal Uddin Sheikh, District President; Shamsul Haque; Bobina Sharmin, President of the Women’s Morcha; along with members of the block and district committees.
During the meeting, speakers emphasized strengthening the organization and shared their views on various social and national issues. According to party sources, a symbolic effigy-burning programme will be organized in Murshidabad district after the 26th, in protest against the alleged atrocities on the Hindu community in Bangladesh. Party leaders stated that Murshidabad district is located approximately 36 kilometers from the Bangladesh border, which gives special significance to the programme.
At the conclusion of the event, party leaders reaffirmed their commitment to stand by the people through democratic and peaceful means in the days ahead.
